Had such a lovely stay at Kurrara Guest House. The room, a Premium Queen Room, was charming and very clean. The bed felt luxurious and comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delightful, especially the selection of teas. I enjoyed the cozy sitting areas throughout the house, perfect for relaxing with a good book. The location felt central, close to both shopping and Echo Point. Only small downside was the slight creaking of the floorboards, but it's part of the character of this historic house. Coffee lovers might find the continental breakfast coffee a bit lacking, but I found a great café nearby for my caffeine fix. Would definitely love to return for another stay.

I loved staying in a spacious room filled with natural light and enjoyed all-day complimentary coffee. There’s a lovely garden to relax in and a cozy lounge with a library for some quiet time. On a minor note, I do wish for a few more breakfast options, but it didn't take away from my overall experience. 😊

We had a mighty time in our Deluxe King Room with the spa bath! The breakfast was a feast, especially the homemade muesli. Only drawback was the spa had a bit of a hiccup, but the staff jumped in to help. Would definitely book again!

The location was fantastic, with easy access to both shopping and the stunning Echo Point.
The lack of a fire in the evenings was disappointing, especially when it was so cold outside.

The Rose Room comes with a beautiful four-poster bed and an impressive spa bathroom. A sunroom that has a fridge and microwave, making it a cozy retreat. The sitting areas, with leather chesterfield sofas and a collection of books and CDs, are ideal for unwinding after a day out.
Despite the overall charm, the house can feel chilly in winter evenings since there was no evening fire to warm things up. the central heating barely cut it. The breakfast hours are rather restrictive, only serving from 8 to 9 am, and coffee isn’t available until then. The musty smell throughout the house might be an issue for sensitive guests, and the creaky floorboards will remind you that this is an old place. the breakfast lacks variety, with boiled eggs taking a notable wait time to prepare.
